Our standard tier provides an affordable, instant digital download for non-exclusive use. The permitted scope depends on the badge displayed on the image:

Option A: Standard Commercial ($9.90 USD)

• Best for: Businesses, marketing campaigns, websites, advertising, social media promos, and corporate presentations.
• Permissions: Use on commercial websites, promotional graphics, landing pages, digital brochures, and corporate communications. Images can be edited, color-graded, or composited.
• Limitations: Non-exclusive (other clients may license this image). Cannot be used on items for resale (such as print-on-demand t-shirts, posters, mugs, or digital resale templates). Cannot be redistributed or resold as raw stock assets.

Option B: Standard Editorial & Artistic ($9.90 USD)

• Best for: Journalists, bloggers, cultural commentators, educators, students, documentary work, and personal fine-art prints.
• Context: Applies to street photography, documentary shots, or locations featuring recognizable trademarks, logos, or private architecture that cannot be commercially cleared without third-party releases.
• Permissions: Use to accompany news articles, educational materials, non-promotional blog posts, academic research, and personal artistic display.
• Limitations: Strictly forbidden for commercial advertising, paid marketing, product packaging, or corporate endorsement. Cannot alter the historical or documentary integrity of the scene.

2. Exclusive Buyout License ($299.00 USD)

Best for: Brands, creative agencies, corporate campaigns, book covers, album art, and projects that require sole, uncontested visual identity.

Selecting the Exclusive Buyout ($299.00 USD) option from the dropdown menu grants you exclusive, worldwide, unlimited rights to the photograph:

• Permanent Catalog Removal: The moment your purchase is completed, the image is permanently retired and removed from lucasbarletta.com. It will never be offered for sale or licensed to any other client on this platform again.
• Exclusive Commercial & Resale Rights: You gain unrestricted commercial usage rights, including the right to produce merchandise for resale (e.g., apparel, physical prints, packaging, books, cover art, and commercial product lines).
• Worldwide & In Perpetuity: Your exclusive rights have no geographic limitations and no expiration date.
• Note on Pre-Existing Standard Licenses: In the event that standard non-exclusive licenses ($9.90) were purchased prior to your exclusive buyout, those previous licensees retain their past standard permissions; however, no new licenses will ever be issued, and you hold exclusive rights going forward.
• Legal Disclaimer for Editorial Subjects: If an Exclusive Buyout is purchased on a photograph carrying an Editorial & Artistic badge (containing brand marks, private architecture, or unreleased public figures), your exclusivity applies to the file itself, but commercial endorsement liabilities remain subject to third-party trademark and privacy clearances.

General Terms for All Purchases

1. Instant Automated Delivery: All purchases—both $9.90 Standard downloads and $299.00 Exclusive Buyouts—are delivered automatically via instant download links as soon as payment is confirmed.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy: Because full-resolution digital assets are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Please confirm your selection in the dropdown menu before completing checkout.
3. Intellectual Property: Copyright authorship remains with Lucas Barletta. The Exclusive Buyout grants exclusive commercial exploitation and usage rights, not an assignment of moral authorship.
4. No AI Dataset Training: No license (Standard or Exclusive) permits the scraping, ingestion, or utilization of these images for training public or commercial generative artificial intelligence (AI) models without a separate written agreement.
